Description of Clive Yorkin (Earth-1):

(Played by Matthew Kevin Anderson in the Arrowverse). Clive Yorkin was a metahuman criminal who gained powers in the Flashpoint timeline, but lost them when the Flash restored the original timeline. In the original timeline, his powers were returned to him by alchemy. His powers were disintegrating touch, which he used to kill Julio Mendez. Yorkin was defeated by the Kid Flash and left for the police.
