Ever since the battle of Steppenwolf, Diana Prince returned to to America after years working in a museum in Paris to work in a museum in Washington. The museum is owned by rich businessman Maxwell Lord who Diana worked with previously. She is introduced to her new co-worker Barbara Minerva, an archeologist who has spent all her life in a wheelchair and unable to walk. Diana and Barbara create a bond and have discussions on what is the one thing they’d wish in life, Barbara wishes for a cure to make her walk and Diana wishes to have Steve Trevor back.
