Diana Prince of Themyscira is a founding member of The Justice League, an Ambassador, and operates as Wonder Woman, Protector of Man's World. She reconnects with longtime friend Vanessa Kapatelis and her mother Julia, Diana has been close with Vanessa and Julia for years but in more recent times she's been a bit distant due to her responsibilities, meanwhile the unhinged and misogynistic occultist Doctor Psycho conjures up a plan to mentally break Wonder Woman and after an incident that leaves Vanessa severely injured and her mother to die, Doctor Psycho abducts Vanessa and torments and manipulates her into becoming The Silver Swan.
