The older of the Kuroda brothers. Member of the delinquent group. His nickname is Kuro. Despite his appearance, he is a psychopath who commit violence to anyone who looks at him the wrong way. He hate other people, love to commit violence, and only care about himself and his brother. Like his brother, he has a huge inferiority complex due to a medical condition that kept his genitalia from developing properly. He beats Akira Inugami, who hospitalized his younger twin brother, but it is in vain. Later, he mistakenly believes Inugami killed his brother.
