Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles came to Gardenia to learn that the Foot Clan are working with The Trix and the Shredder to put Alfea in a State of Mutation. Leaving the Winx themselves up to investigate the criminal activity and Partner up with the Turtles to prevent the outcome.
