Bucky has now completed his journal and has provided closure with those hurt by his actions as the Soldier. When he's tasked by Sam to retrieve a lost confidential SHIELD super-weapon, he crosses paths with Yelena Belova are the two plunged headlong into a mission to recuse experimented children from Valentina and her new agency, the Office of Federal Utilities.
