Picture this an alternate version of Black Panther this version he takes to the streets of Chicago to take down the enemy of the city the Black Panthers a cop turned vigilante decides to take the law into his own hands and becomes what he fears most now he puts criminals in jail by day and in the ground by night with nightmares of Vietnam still haunting him he uses his nightmares against his enemies and save his city.
