The Eternals realizing the universe is doom by Ultron, Makkari thinks she should get all Eternals to Babylon to the ship in a blink of eye, but Phastos wanted to end his life by Ultron because all of this technology but Makkrai saves him from Ultron, Phastos argue with the Eternals that he blames himself he already started a family but has been taken away and blames Tony Stark for creating this monster, they met Natasha she needs some help and she met the first Superheroes of the Universe, Ultron re-engages the team and begins to overpower them. Romanoff, with Phastos's redeem himself to use his powers to help, shoots Ultron with Clint Barton's arrow that contains Arnim Zola's artificial intelligence.[e] Zola's AI destroys Ultron's mind.
