Fan Casting What If...? Bebop and Rocksteady are in TMNT II: The Secret of the Ooze

Criminals, Anton Zeck & Ivan Steranko find Shredder in the garbage dump and helped him out. They take Shredder back to his lair and Shredder turns the two of them into mutants "Bebop and Rocksteady" using Professor Perry's remaining ooze. The plot follows the same as the original film but with Casey Jones. During the Ninja Rap scene, Bebop & Rocksteady got trapped inside a closet and Shredder gets knocked out instead of turning into Super Shredder in the final battle. In the end Professor Perry reveals himself to Shredder that he is an Utrom, an Alien Creature from Dimension X. He tells Shredder that he likes his idea of creating New Mutants and decides to take him to his leader, Krang.
