After fleeing Hell, Sabrina and her boyfriend Antonio are resurrected by Thomas. Antonio's body merges with singer Yelawolf's, while Sabrina returns in her cloned body, which ages prematurely. She seeks out her former best friend Aymeric in France, who struggles with schizophrenia and doesn’t believe her claims about reptiles among humans. Together, they travel to America, where she stays with Antonio in a hotel run by Thomas and his friends, who engage in dark rituals. Aymeric and Thomas collaborate on a film about Aymeric’s psychiatric past, but Thomas’s deceased husband, Jesse, manipulates the script from beyond, causing discord. Aymeric becomes confused by hallucinations and reality. Meanwhile, Bill from Tokio Hotel encounters Thomas on a reality show, leading to the discovery that Thomas may be an android. The Kaulitz twins, mourning their lost connections, plan to reconnect with Europe through Aymeric’s friend, Benjamin. Sabrina, possessed, ends her friendship with Aymeric, who later awakens at his own funeral, intensifying the chaos surrounding them.
