Batman has left Gotham under protection with the likes of Nightwing, Red Hood, Oracle, Red Robin, and Spoiler. During his absence war has broken out in Gotham, The Mutant Gang has taken over most parts of Gothan, including it's sister city Bludhaven. A new group has risen, now, teenagers who want to make a difference are coming together in droves and adopting the “R.” They’re not a gang. They’re not sidekicks. they are The Boy Wonder's. Teenager Duke Thomas joins to help protect his city, along with Barbara's niece Carrie Kelley.
