Nancy is described as being tall and willowy with light blue eyes as pale as ice. She's very pale due to there being no sun in the Halls of Dead, where she had spent several years. Eleanor describes there being something of the unformed around her eyes and mouth, leaving her a work in progress, meant to be finished by time. She has bone-white hair with five black streaks on one side, which she wears in a ponytail with a pomegranate red ribbon. Before traveled to the Halls of the Dead, her hair was black like her mothers.
