Story Plot

700 years ago, a battle had been fought in Asia Minor over a magic staff called Skulkane that can summon a demon called Dormammu on a full eclipse. The rod is broken in half. Many years later, surgeon Stephen Strange has his hands mangled in a car accident. He heads to Tibet to reach the Ancient One. From there, Stephen must use his newfound powers to stop former disciple Baron Mordo from reuniting the two halves to create the ritual of Dormammu once more!

  • As much as the casting I did which were Rickman, De Niro, Lysette, Pleasence, Keye, Gordon, Gene, and Mercedes. I originally thought of Zemeckis as director, Gale as writer and producer with Neil Canton. But yeah, it was a nice thought to cast when I did a mock-up poster for Dr. Strange after I read Gale's screenplay which was absolutely wonderful for sure...
  • @tuenguyen you did? Could I see it?
  • @tuenguyen though I did love both your castings for Reverend Wagner, when I read the script, I never found him that big a character. In the last half, neither did Wong. Had they made sequels, they could’ve expanded the characters more.
  • @mr_blue_sky and if they did, I’d put in Clea and Nightmare as new characters. Seymour for Clea, and for Nightmare, it had to be Donald Sutherland.

  • When i first read the script, I knew the Bum was going to be Stan the Man. Perfect casting, if I do say so myself.
  • I had heard in an interview they wanted Tom Selleck as Doc, quote “his mustache certainly was magical”, but Rickman will always be our choice.
