It’s an ordinary October in the ordinary land of California and Disney Villains superfan, Irene Iber takes an extraordinary journey using her geekdom and ally's support to banish Disney's most infamous villains back to their respective movies. With the help of Disney sorcerer in training, Nicky Brewer and her less than ecstatic friend, Clair Manchester, can Irene gather the strength and responsibility to find her inner hero? A suspenseful and darkly humorous series, Villains Return! is a Disney+ original that not only honors Disney's villains and how they make the hero's journey more difficult, but also why we find them appealing and scary at the same time. What Irene learns throughout the series is that her favorite villains are much scarier when confronting them in person, but she can move past temptations and expectations and follow her heart like the good girl he's alway been.
