When Cisco was just a child Darkseid and his forces invaded Earth and Cisco was hit by a boom tube, this gave Cisco the ability to open portals and travel anywhere in the universe. Cisco tries using his powers for good but when his brother who he thought died during Darkseid’s attack comes back and also has abilities Cisco has to choose between family and what’s right. After Cisco hands his brother other to the authorities and his other brother dies he decides he wants a new life and also learns a new ability, he can now travel across the multiverse and feel what happens on each Earth. The film ends with Cisco arriving on Earth-1 at A.R.G.U.S. And says “what the…” and the film ends.

Cisco Is Training In Wallers Bunker & He Has A Vision Of Him Fighting Alongside The Justice League But Then They All Die And Disintegrate And Pariah Appears Telling Cisco That His Earth (E-18) Has Just Been Destroyed.
