  I imagine that Godzilla, Anguirus, Rodan, and Mothra would talk to their respective host although telepathically but it is only occasionally and it would be more of a synchronisation than full control. That could also add more potential to antagonists. Like a machine that allows you to control the monsters instead of synchronising with them!

  I was under the influence of the anime series Marvel Future Avengers, Power Rangers/Super Sentai, Pokemon, Digimon, and Kong: The Animated Series when I thought of this idea.

  I imagine that the series would have human kids as the main human characters in this series, and I imagine that these kids would merge with Godzilla and his fellow monsters (you know just like how the Tamers Bio-Merge with their Digimon in Digimon Tamers and how Jason merges with Kong in Kong: The Animated Series).

  I imagine that Miki Saegusa would be a mentor to these kids and she would be the same age as her actress is currently (in her late 40's to be exact).

  This anime series takes place in it's own continuity.

  The kids are able to merge with their respective monster with the help of a device. It would transfer their consciousness into their respective monster. However, it would possibly overheat if the wills of both the monster and the host clashed.
