Fan Casting Bernard Dowd in Untitled Batfamily Story (remastered)

Primary love interest for Tim Drake, Stephanie Brown, and Connor Kent. We first meet him in season 1, when he’s a college student who just so happens to be a henchman working with Red Hood’s Merry Men. We learn that he was adopted by the Merry Men after getting kicked out by his homophobic parents, and now he’s living with Kevin Dastard and his eventual wife Melinda Thalford. He is also shown to be compassionate towards children, as he gets along nicely with Steph’s baby brother Koazy and even Damian’s baby clone half-brother Peter. Sidenote: he also has a British accent like Steph and her family, even though they’re both born in different sectors of Gotham’s inner city circle.
