Silver is trapped in an abusive relationship with Mephiles. And despite the pleas and warnings from his sister, Sylvia, and his friends, he stays, clinging to the hope that Mephiles still loves him. The longer Silver stays, the worse the abuse gets. And he nearly pays the price with his life.
