Fan Casting Understand

Leon Greco is given an experimental drug to heal severe brain damage resulting from being comatose after drowning. The drug regenerates his damaged neurons but has the unintended side effect of exponentially increasing his intellect and motor skills. As his intelligence surpasses human comprehension, he is pursued by several government agencies. Eventually he receives a message from another super-intelligent test subject and enters into conflict with him.
