When criminals in this world appear and break the laws that they should fear or frighten all who see or hear, it's up to Zachary "Shoeshine" Evans to save the day as UNDERDOG!!!! He's helped by his crime-fighting partner and girlfriend, Polly Purebred. Together Underdog and Polly take down villains like the crime boss Riff-Raff, the Magnet Men and of course Simon Bar Sinister.
