Fan Casting Max Einhardt in Uncanny X-Men: Genesis

Close friend of Charles Xavier, Max Einhardt was adopted by a Jewish family as a child in a rural part of Mississippi. As a teenager his adopted parents were killed by the Ku Klux Klan and he escapes using his newfound mutant abilities. He has the ability to manipulate metallic objects with magnetic waves. He find Charles Xavier and they learn to hone their powers together forming a strong bond and friendship. As Einhardt grows he becomes a radical thinker and philosopher. After the U.S. deploys Sentinels to find mutants he begins a protests against them.
