Ultimate Alliance (or Marvel: Ultimate Alliance) is a 2010 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team. Produced by Marvel Entertainment and distributed by 20th Century Fox and Sony Pictures Entertainement. In the film, Nick Fury and the spy agency S.H.I.E.L.D. recruit Peter Parker, Matt Murdock, Bruce Banner, Jonathan Blaze, Eric Brooks, Frank Castle and Logan to form a team capable of stopping M.O.D.O.K and A.I.M.
