Rochelle Benoit is a former MI6 agent who was discharged of her services when she was set up by a dirty FBI agent who ruined her life and took everything she ever loved. She moved to the states under the new identity of Francine Glenbrook, and began an underground trading business, developing bonds with some of the most notorious overseas crime bosses. She began to draw the attention of the FBI when she began selling government secrets she got out of kidnapped FBI agents, to over seas buyers. She has moles in the FBI and the U.S goverment.
