Story Plot
We learn about a infamous group called The Court of Owls they are a violent cabal of some of Gotham City's oldest and wealthiest families who use murder and money to wield political influence throughout history, and Batman needs to take them down before they hurt more. After Batman defeats them he comes across a therapist that is none other than Harley Quinn.
