The Beast Wars are back! This time, it takes to a Modern Day Earth. After being frozen for years, Dillon Banner, a novelist, is thawed out and has gathered several heroes who have helped the Autobots against the Decepticons in their various universe to aid the Maximals.
Cheetor took temporary command but after getting an Energon fragment back to Dillon, he used a Blank Protoform to bring back Optimus Primal and now, the Maximals and humans must work together to defeat Megatron and the Predacons so they don't get enough Energon to conquer the universe.
