Synopsis

The earth is being invaded by Krang, The Shredder, and their forces from Dimension X. Meanwhile, the TMNT are trapped on an alien planet, ruled by a race of alien conquerors called the Triceratons. Can the turtles escape the Triceaton home world and save the earth?

Description of Oroku Saki (The Shredder):

Oroku Saki, a.k.a. the Shredder is the leader of the New York City Foot Clan. At the end of season 2 he and Krang were banished to Dimension X by the TMNT. Since then, he and Krang have partnered to to take down the Dimension X Resistance by creating an army of robotic Foot Ninjas. Now, having declared victory in Dimension X the two return to Earth to conquer it as well.
