Description of Krang:

Krang is an interdeminsoinal war lord and dictator of Dimension X. A highly intelligent member of an alien race known as Utroms, Krang was the General of the Utrom military and son the Utrom Prime Minister. Krang eventually went power mad and used his army of rock soliders to enslave all of Dimension X into a oppressive regime. He is now on Earth seeking out a group Utroms working with a resistance movement to develop weapons that could change the tide of war.
