Story Plot
After the Utrom invasion in “The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the Interdimensional Invasion,” Canisters of mutagen were left all over New York. Several humans and animals mutated, but Timothy Gutz used his company’s resources to retrieve the mutagen before things got too out of control. Still, four mutants come together once they learn that Gutz plans on using the mutagen for nefarious purposes…
