After a sudden rise in metahuman activity around the world, the Justice League have founded the Titans Academy: a state-of-the-art facility where young metahumans can learn to control their powers while also being able to be given a sense of guidance and understanding from their teachers. However when a villainous group known as the H.I.V.E. Five begins terrorizing the people of Jump City, the young metas take the challenge head on.
