The daughter of the president of Sercia, Rachel McPherson has been kidnapped by Sherudo Garo, who demands reinstatement for ruler for life in exchange for Rachel's life. VSSE sent the 'One-Man Army' agent Richard Miller to rescue Rachel from Sherudo and his henchmen before time runs out
