A Phase 4 Marvel Production. In the aftermath of Endgame, the world mourns for the fallen Avengers. In their absence, a new team of heroes emerges: the Thunderbolts, lead by the masked Citizen V. Moonstone, Songbird, Revenant, Techno. As the gamma-fueled mad genius called the Leader threatens the world, the Thunderbolts will do their best to rise to the occasion, aided by the US government through Secretary Thaddeus Ross. There's a twist. Under the mask of Citizen V is none other than Helmut Zemo, international war criminal.
