After fighting Drekov in Black Widow's first solo movie, Yelena Belova went off the grid ever since she battled Hawkeye for accidentally "killing" natasha romanoff but she forgave him because Natasha was protecting wanted to bring back half the universe from Thanos. Now, Yelena reunites with her the Red Guardian (her "father") and witnesses a dark evil lurking around the city, so Bucky Barnes decides to recruit them and some Anti-Heroes to stop it.
