Story Plot
A ragtag team of locked away villains are recruited by the CIA, lead by Everett Ross with help from Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier, for a suicide mission that need expendable individuals.
Each members possess their own unique and various abilities (from superhuman to normal badaases).And when there are no heroes, it is the villains who step into the action.
