Story Plot
the world remains vulnerable to new threats. As a result, the mysterious and influential Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, operating behind the scenes, recognizes the need for a unique team to protect the innocent. Seeing potential in Bucky Barnes, who is grappling with his own past as the Winter Soldier, she approaches him with an offer to lead a new team: The Thunderbolts.
