Synopsis

Thor must return to Asgard as it's existence is endangered by the high-powered being known as Gorr the God Butcher, who came with the intent to kill Odin and exterminate the rest of the realm in the process.

Description of Knull:

Knull is one of the two gods who Gorr saw fighting, which made him realise that gods do indeed exist. The other god asks Gorr for help, which infuriates Gorr even more as none of the gods were there to help him when he was struggling. Knull's sword then bonds with Gorr and Gorr uses it to kill the other god. This becomes the Necrosword, a signature weapon of Gorr.
