The evil captain, Morris McTrevor, is a poacher by trade. He hunts and kills animals for money. And to make matters worse, he knows a fortune when he hears one. As soon as he hears about Kotick the white seal, he wants to make even more money out his hide for a coat made from a rare white seal will be worth more than a fortune. Unless Kotick wants to become a coat, it's up to him find an island where no man ever comes so that he and all the other seals can be safe from this good-for-nothing captain and his ruthless crew.
