Fan Casting The Watcher

For eight years FBI agent Joel Campbell has been tracking down a serial killer. However, no longer able to comprehend the perverted logic of a maniac and injured physically and mentally, after many years of searching in vain, he leaves the service and moves to another city. There, Campbell hopes to find peace and heal in a new way. It would seem that nothing can stop him from parting forever from his terrible past.
