William Carver, more commonly known as Bill or just Carver, is a main character and an antagonist who first appears in Telltale Games' The Walking Dead: Season Two. William is a ruthless, brutal, violent, tyrannical, and insane leader of a community built around an abandoned Howe's Hardware. He served as the primary antagonist of the first half of Season 2.
