Synopsis

Two warring factions from the planet Cybertron, The heroic Autobots led by Optimus Prime and the evil Decepticons led by Megatron flee their dying homeworld and take refuge on planet Earth, where they assume vehicle modes to stay hidden from humans as their age-old conflict rages on.

Spin-Out is a fuel preparation specialist—in other words, a cook—for the Autobot army. But even if it isn't a very high-ranking job, it still makes him an officer, and thus capable of taking command if his superiors are all incapacitated.
