Synopsis

Returning to his home country of Japan after a long period, Kanie Kashimura decides to take a job as a local policeman, being tasked with patrolling one of Tokyo's districts. Things become a little more tense when he decides to investigate a peculiar history of the region, despite his colleagues not taking him so seriously for it: a dark slaughterer, hiding in the shadows, and taking justice into his own hands. But as Kanie will discover, every urban legend can have a grain of truth. 2nd Spin-off of the idealized 'Agent' franchise, set after the events of third film.

Description of Prologue – Part 4:

The scene cuts, showing two bodies already lying on the ground. The little girl is in their midst as she looks panicked at the young man, who puts his gun away after firing, before walking away. - Mom, wake up.... Dad... Mom.. - I know what I'm doing. I have principles, even if it doesn't seem like it, she tells the subordinate. The scene cuts back to the child crying, as she ends up getting the attention of a police car. - Besides... [The initial screen goes dark, before the end of the prologue], with the closing of the dialogue: What harm will a little girl like that do if she is alive?
