Odetta Homes was many things, Singer, Guitarist, Civil Rights Icon and one of the most influential artist of the 20th century with legends Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, and Janis Joplin crediting a major influence. Martin Luther King Jr. called her "The Queen of American Folk Music"
This film chronicles Odetta at the vary beginning of her career before the the 60s would launch her into the public eye.read more
