Description of Stacia Vickers:

Stacia is a quiet, menacing Testing candidate who meets Cia and Tomas very briefly in the fourth stage of the Testing. Afterwards, when their memories are wiped, she becomes a close friend of Cia's, although her analytical, self-serving philosophy clashes starkly with Cia's empathetic code of honor. When President Collindar assigns Cia a dangerous and horrifying task, she must decide whether or not she truly trusts Stacia to do the right thing no matter the personal consequences.
