Peter Parker’s High School best friend after Harry Osborn and Ned Leeds. After a few months of interning at Octavius Industries, he got into a freak accident at the same time as his boss Dr. Olivia Octavius and fell into a vat of electric eels while electrocuted by faulty wiring. The incident turned Max into a vessel of electric energy and the overwhelming feeling of becoming a monster turned him to a life of crime. Joining the Sinister Six as Electro, but left it to join Team Spider when Peter Parker was revealed to be Spider Man. After Oscorp was destroyed, he retired himself as Electro and took on a simple job as a city electrician.
