The Tale of the Broken Hound is a horror story centered on a group of friends going into a forest concerning folktales for a research project, though this tale isn't one of fancy wordplay. It is told from the perspective of Oakley Willowsburg a nineteen-year-old gas station cashier, aspiring fashion designer, and sibling to their older sister Forest Willowsburg a tired college student who Oak lives with. Will Oak figure out what they want to do to contribute to society? Or will they live with their older sister until a sad inevitable fate?
