Fan Casting Godspeed in The Suicide Squad: Task Force X

After being stopped by Flash during the events of 'The Flash: Godspeed', August would eventually fall into Waller's hands, as part of his clear pursuit of this particular mission. Resentful of what he's already done, he ends up accepting being part of it as a way to try to restart his life right, if he survives. Due to his conflict with Barry, Heart had his powers damaged, causing Waller to have more control over him - at least as far as she knows.
