Story Plot

The Suicide Squad is now co-run. Amanda Waller is not trusted alone, she must work with the mysterious, but also wildly uninteresting Director Bones (the man is an actual skeleton and is dull as dishwater).
Harley and Bloodsport return to lead the team against a threat that seems so much more tame than it really is, The Clock King. William Tockman has escaped Belle Reve and taken a plane to Mexico where he has taken over a high security military base where he has brainwashed the residents.
The Suicide Squad must travel to Mexico and reclaim the base and take down the Clock King.
