Synopsis

The film will take place a few years after the events of The Suicide Squad, where Calendar Man (who has escaped Belle Reve penitentiary) and The Mad Hatter have teamed up to form a new plan to ship out Mad Hatter's mind-control hats all over a major city under the guise of them being used for a Christmas festival. With her last iteration of task force X either being dead or escaped, Amanda Waller must use her connections to form a completely new one with the help of Harley Quinn, who has agreed to help Waller in exchange for a completely expunged criminal record, and Rick Flag Jr., the son of the Rick Flag who lead the suicide squad in the last two movies.

Description of Deborah Domaine/Cheetah:

An archeologist/anthropologist from Algeria, she has been cursed after discovering the tomb of an ancient African hunter goddess. She was taken down by Wonder Woman (who had experience dealing with the first Cheetah) but unlike Barbara Ann Minerva, Domaine's curse is permanent and she is stuck in her Cheetah form with an insatiable, addiction-like desire to hunt and kill people. She is not an inmate of Belle Reve Penitentiary, and is one of the villains Waller must call in favours for to get her on her new Task Force X.
