Synopsis

Description of The Spot’s Exposed ("Post-Credits Scene, Spider-Man Will Return For Season Six"):

He’s once a scientist at Oscorp Industries who transported a radioactive spider using Osborn’s secret plan, During the battle between spidey & goblin, Jonathan was mutated by a batch of dark matter he was carrying, transforming him into a universe-travelling supervillain, who despite starting off as incompetent, ends up becoming a massive threat to the entire Multiverse upon strengthening his power by visiting the laboratory of several universes, becoming Peter's arch-nemesis in the process.
