Synopsis

Teenager Peter Parker tries to juggle his two new worlds -- he must learn how to use his new powers and responsibilities as Spider-Man while keeping it a secret from his high school friends and teachers. As important as school is to Peter, Spider-Man is expected to be a super hero and protect citizens from mutant lizards, an evil vulture and a cast of other villains.

Description of Norman Osborn:

Norman ACTUALLY survives his "death" he escapes for Cayman Islands but when he discovers Peter is still Spider-Man he comes back to get revenge as Green Goblin until he kills Gwen a pissed off Spider-Man fights him until... In his Green Goblin persona he tries to kill Spider-Man until he leaps outta the way and Gobby gets stabbed with his own glider and he dies
