1 year after the previous film, Peter is finally managing to balance his normal life with his hero life, but he doesn't have peace for even a day, after all, crime never takes vacations and Spider-Man doesn't either. Peter also discovers that Harry, his friend is dying from a degenerative disease, and because of that Norman Osborn hired a Russian hunter to capture Spider-Man in the hope that Spider-Man's blood could cure his son. while Peter has to face another villain, a humanoid lizard that was causing chaos in the city.
